Cindy Mallory focuses on how technology shifts from possibility into practice: how systems shape the way people think, decide, and interact, especially when the technology itself fades into the background and something more human takes over.

She leads marketing and emerging tech initiatives at American Technology Services, building narratives and frameworks around cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and emerging technologies for highly regulated and enterprise environments. In that time, the company was named to the Fortune 2026 America’s Most Innovative Companies list.

A decade ago, she launched her tech marketing career in video games, where engagement wasn’t theoretical. It was immediately measurable and brutally honest. That foundation still shows up in everything she does.
